• Full form of Yuva VIgyani Karyakram (Young Scientist Programme),
• Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Conducted the exam,
• The purpose of is provide an opportunity for young students to explore the field of space science and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate should be in 9th standard students who are 14-16 years old,
• Candidate should studying in 9th standard in a school located in India,
• Candidate should be Indian citizen.
Selection Process
• Selection will be depend upon performance in 8th standard and participation in science fairs, Olympiads, and other science-related activities
• Online registration and selection based on merit
Programme Details
• Duration of 2 weeks (residential programme)
• Location is various ISRO centers across India
• Activities are lectures, discussions, hands-on experiments, and facility visits
• Benefits are participation certificate from ISRO, exposure to technology and science, Guidance from ISRO scientist and engineers
