ITEP course It has started in 2023. Its third batch is in 2025. If someone wants to become a teacher after 12th, then ITEP course is a very good opportunity for them. The ITEP course is a 4-year undergraduate degree course that prepares students to become teachers.
NCET APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply for ITEP course, all interested students will have to appear for National Common Entrance Examination (NCET). You can register for application through National Testing Agency (NCET).

NCET APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The student should have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.
There should be 50% marks in 12th class.
Must have passed NCET National Entrance Examination.
You must fulfill the eligibility criteria of the university or college in which you wish to take admission.
Age limit is different if you are applying for 2024-2025 academic year then the age limit is 20 years for UR or EWS, 23 years for OBC and 25 years for SC/ST/PWD.

SUBJECT FOR (NCET) ENTRANCE EXAM
1. 3 Domain subjects, ( which we want to pursue in course as a major or minor for example History, Geography, Political science, Physics, Chemistry, Math, Economic, Accounts, Bussiness studies etc.)
2. 2 Language paper,
3. 1 Genral test,
4. 1 Teaching apptitude.
SYLLABUS FOR NCET
1. Domains subjects are based on 12th syllabus,
2. Both Hindi or English or whatever you choose as language paper will be grammar.
3. General test is some of general Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
4. Teaching aptitude’s topics related to how our teaching of Science, Arts, Mathematics, Performing Arts, Languages, etc is.
NCET PASSING MARKS
NCET 2025 Qualifying Marks. For applicants in the general category, the qualifying score for NCET 2025 is 50%, while for those in the reserved category, it is 45%.
NTA NCET 2024: This year, a total of 40,233 candidates registered for the NTA NCET exam, of which 21,564 appeared for the examination. NTA NCET 2024: The National Testing Agency, NTA has released the National Common Entrance Test result 2024.
